FAQ

What you should know
before you bid.

If your question isn't here, message us on WhatsApp. We answer with real cases, not a form.

Ask a question
Does the price I see include shipping and taxes?

No. The listing price is the current bid or the buy-it-now value of the vehicle. The calculator on each unit estimates fees, shipping, insurance and import taxes to your city.

Can I inspect the vehicle before buying?

Yes. Before you bid we send extra photos, lot video and the available damage report. For higher-value units we coordinate an independent inspection in the United States.

What is the difference between a clean title and salvage?

A clean title has no total-loss record: there may be cosmetic damage or a recovered theft. A salvage title means the insurer declared a total loss; it can be repaired and driven, but it requires a technical review and a specific process.

How long does the whole process take?

Between 35 and 50 days from auction close to delivery in Bolivia, depending on the port of departure, the ocean route and customs timing.

How do I pay?

You reserve the unit with a deposit and the balance is transferred against documents. We work with bank transfers and company accounts; we never ask for payments to personal accounts.

Can I finance the purchase?

We work with two partner lenders for units under $25,000. Approval depends on the customer profile and the unit value. Ask us on WhatsApp.

Next step

Choose the vehicle.
We do the rest.

We guide you from lot verification to delivery in your city. No middlemen and no payments to personal accounts.
